At GLENCREAG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and include a printed copy of your return authorization form inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and hold onto your receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
